Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the BluPay platform, including the merchant dashboard, the REST API, and any related plugins or integrations.

1. The service

BluPay is a custodial crypto payment gateway. Funds received on behalf of merchants are held in BluPay-controlled wallets until withdrawn to a merchant-designated destination.

2. Account eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during sign-up and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Fees

A 1% gateway fee is applied to each successfully paid invoice. Network fees incurred on deposits and withdrawals are passed through. Fee-payer behavior is configured per shop.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BluPay for any activity that violates applicable law or that BluPay reasonably determines to be high-risk or fraudulent.

5. Changes

BluPay may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email.
